  Abosulty terrible first they forget my son's meal so rang to have it delivered found it unfair I would have to drive back let my food go cold but they never answered their phones so I drove down there to get it was given but once home realised the adjustments I had made for both mine and my partners food weren't done! Wont be going back there even when the power is out at the other store.

  Ordered delivery at 12:15pm and at 1:55pm still hadn't received it, called up the store 3 times (store didn't answer first two times) just to have a short, rude conversation with a woman who claimed that no order had been put through despite the money coming out of my account. Really pathetic management..

  To the manager at Red Rooster Pakenham West. The MALE staff member who works at the drive through is so horrible to deal with, he has a bitchy sour face and squinty eyes, he's attitude is so poor, even a smile back he will squint his eyes harder. So Horrible!! This is the third encounter with him through the drive-thru, this time he threw the food directly at me. I am not sure what his problem is, but obviously customer service is not the priority here. I will not be returning to this red rooster because of this incident. Drive through date 14/5/2017 time: between 11:10am - 11:50am
