I ordered pizza in Pakenham store, it's was good pizza, but I found a long hair in 1 slice, I went back to show them but manager didn't attend me property and said I don't know anything. No response of making new pizza or refund. He was rude other day too. I was regular customer but not anymore. Thanks to manager.
