  I walked into Glenmac Pakenham yesterday afternoon to speak with someone about ride on mowers. I don't know a great deal about them and have never owned one. I have many years experience in the motor industry and did some research down to two brands I like. Glenmac did not have the model on the floor I wanted to look at (D130) which is not an issue. My wife and I looked around the showroom for a couple of minutes while a gentlemen watched from a back office. After seeing we were obviously trying to get attention he came over but seemed in a hurry to brush us off. I asked if I could get some info on the D130 and he quickly handed me a brochure and said you will find it in there. He was quick to return to his conversation with another employee in the back office. If I wanted to see fancy pictures of models sitting on equipment I would have just stayed at home in front of the computer. I came in to talk to so called experts on real life situations and what model is best going to suit my needs. I had set myself a budget and was ready to buy on the spot but Glenmac Pakenham did not appear to want my money. I was actually referred by my dads good mate to this company who had a lot to do with Glenmac in the past so I don't know what has happened since. I would like to update my post to say that I have been in contact with Jason who is looking after the Pakenham store and has been very open to sorting out this matter. Jason has provided some guidance towards my situation and has even offered to meet me at the property to see what mower would work better in my situation. Thanks Jason for your help and I will be in contact shortly to discuss this further with you.
